The journey to creating Starbucks® Espresso Roast Coffee began in 1975, when we set off to perfect the mastery of beans and roast. Made up of a blend of 100% Arabica beans from Latin America and Asia-Pacific, Starbucks® Espresso Roast Coffee took months of experimentation and a deep love of the craft from our master roasters to bring this delicious roast to life. Each cup is as aromatic as it is inviting.
From Mexico and Costa Rica to Colombia and Puerto Rico, Latin America is known for producing coffee of consistent flavour and quality. This region offers up beans with notes of cocoa and soft spice.
