Melt butter in a small skillet set over medium heat; stir in brown sugar. Bring to boil, cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until sugar is dissolved and mixture starts to thicken and caramelize.
Remove from heat; stir in almond milk, almond extract and vanilla extract. Let cool completely.
Combine brewed Starbucks® Espresso Roast (Dark Roast), almond milk mixture and caramel. Divide between 2 ice filled glasses.
