Brew 1 shot of espresso.

We recommend Starbucks® Blonde Espresso Roast for this recipe. You can also try Starbucks® Blonde Espresso by Nespresso®.

Froth your warmed milk or dairy alternative.

This recipe needs quite a bit of froth – there needs to be enough to fill 1 cup (250ml).

Almost all the way to the top.

Pour the warm, frothy milk into your favourite mug.

Slowly pour the coffee in the middle of your mug.

Gently pour it into the middle of your mug. Look at that – you got that expert-style coffee dot in the middle of your foam. Nice.
