Brew 1 shot of espresso.

We recommend Starbucks® Single-Origin Colombia Medium Roast for this recipe. You can also try Starbucks® Pike Place® Roast, or Starbucks® Single-Origin Colombia by Nespresso®.

Froth your warmed milk or dairy alternative.

Quick lifehack: you can use your coffee press as a milk frother (once you’ve poured the coffee out, of course).

Pour the espresso shot into your favourite mug.

Add the frothed milk or dairy alternative.

The rich, creamy milk foam makes this cappuccino truly special. The more froth, the better – try and get a 50% milk, 50% froth balance and up your cappuccino game.
