S'mores Latte

Sure to make anyone’s day, this yummy coffee has all the fun flavours of a campfire s’more.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

    cup hot brewed Starbucks® Pike Place® Roast  ( 500 ml)
  • 1
    cup 2% milk  ( 250 ml)
  • 0.25
    cup chocolate syrup, divided  ( 60 ml)
  • 0.5
    cup mini marshmallows, divided  ( 125 ml)
  • 0.5
    cup whipped cream  ( 125 ml)
  • 2
    graham cracker squares, crushed
  • 1
    oz semi-sweet chocolate bar, broken into 2 pieces  ( 30 g)

S’mores latte
STEP 01

Heat milk in saucepan set over medium-low heat; cook, stirring often, for 3 to 5 minutes or until steaming. Whisk with frother or hand blender until frothy.

STEP 02

Divide coffee, half of the chocolate syrup and half of the marshmallows between 2 large mugs. Pour frothed milk over coffee. Top with dollop of whipped cream.

STEP 03

Garnish with graham crackers, chocolate bar and remaining marshmallows. Drizzle with remaining chocolate syrup.

 

 

TIPS

1. Broil marshmallows on a foil-lined baking sheet for 30 to 60 seconds or until lightly toasted.
2. Substitute melted chocolate for chocolate syrup if desired.
