Creamy Pumpkin & Cashew Coffee

“Everything nice” joins Pumpkin Spice in this deliciously creamy fall recipe. Enjoy a dash of spiced sweetness from cinnamon and brown sugar with the unique creaminess of blended cashews (pro tip!).

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

    cup Starbucks® K-Cup® Pumpkin Spice
  • 0.25
    cup raw unsalted cashews (or substitute 1-⅓ oz oatmilk, or other non-dairy alternative)
  • 1
    Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1
    pinch sea salt
  • 1
    pinch cinnamon

Creamy Pumpkin & Cashew Coffee
STEP 1

Brew 1 cup of Starbucks® Pumpkin Spice Flavored Coffee. 

STEP 2

Combine coffee, cashews (or oatmilk, or another non-dairy alternative), brown sugar and sea salt in blender. Cover well. Blend, starting from low to higher speeds, for 30 seconds, then another 15-30 seconds on high until smooth and frothy. 

STEP 3

Pour directly into mug, top with a sprinkle of cinnamon, and enjoy!
