Place 8 tbsp. (120 mL) of ground coffee into your coffee press - 2 tbsp. (30 mL) per ¾ cup (177 mL) of water.
Add broken cinnamon sticks.
Bring 3 cups (750 mL) of water to boil. Cool for 30 seconds and pour hot water over the grounds. Steep coffee for 4 minutes, and then push the coffee press plunger all the way down to the bottom of the pitcher.
