The Starbucks® Roast Spectrum
Starbucks® by Nespresso® coffees are made with 100% Arabica beans, which are known for making coffee that’s slightly sweeter and smoother than coffee generally made with Robusta beans, which you won’t find in the Starbucks® range.
By expertly roasting the Arabica beans according to the Starbucks® Roast Spectrum, we create the full Starbucks® by Nespresso® range with intensities for every coffee lover.
Our least intense coffee begins at 4 on the scale – lightly roasted, but full of flavour and aroma. At the opposite end of the spectrum, our strong coffees can have an intensity of up to 13.
Between those two sides of the intensity scale, lies the Starbucks Blonde® Roast, medium, and dark roast"" – all with their own intensity, flavour, and coffee experience.
