How to make it

Brew 2 shots of espresso.

We recommend Starbucks® Espresso Roast by NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® for a bold flavour.
STEP 2OF 5

Froth 60ml of milk in a jug.

Don’t have a frother? Just warm and shake your milk in a jar until it’s nice and foamy.
STEP 3OF 5

Pour 30ml of condensed milk into the base of your glass.

For an authentic touch, use a small clear glass to showcase the layers.
STEP 4OF 5

Slowly pour the brewed espresso over the condensed milk.

Pour gently to preserve the beautiful separation of layers.

Scoop 2 tablespoons of frothed milk on top to finish.

The final touch – a creamy foam crown to complete the layered effect.
