  • Two servings of espresso - 80 ml
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 60 ml of water
  • 6-8 ice cubes
  • 60 ml semi skimmed milk (optional)

2 shots espresso

Brew two servings of espresso.
STEP 2OF 5

Add 3-4 cubes to your shaker.

STEP 3OF 5

Pour espresso over ice, top with water and add sugar to jug.

STEP 4OF 5

Shake for 3-4 mins.

STEP 5OF 5

Pour shaken frappe over ice in chilled glass.
