  • Two servings of espresso - 80 ml
  • 10 - 12 ice cubes
  • 180ml semi skimmed milk
  • 15ml sugar-free caramel sauce
  • Toppings
  • 1 tbsp of whipped cream

Prepare your glass - Pour caramel sauce into a shallow glass Dip milk frother into sauce Position milk frother into tall glassand swtich on, allowing sauce to spread across side of the glass

Add ice cubes, milk and espresso to a blender

Blend ingredients

Pour frozen blended coffee into tall glass
