Pour hot water into the mug.
TIP: Once the water has boiled, let it rest for about 30 seconds to cool down to the perfect temperature of 85°C.
Grab your teaspoon and give it a couple of good stirs.
TIP: Keep stirring until all the powder has dissolved. You can make this easier by pouring in a splash of water to begin with, stirring to dissolve the powder, and then slowly pour in the rest of the water while you stir.
