1 scoop of vanilla ice cream

Place two small scoops of vanilla ice cream into your bowl
2 small scoops = 1 large scoop of ice cream. But it's your Affogato, so scoop to your heart's content if you want to add more.

Brew your lungo with your Nespresso® machine
We recommend Starbucks® Espresso Roast for this recipe.

Pour the brewed lungo coffee over the vanilla ice cream
Hot, bold coffee. Smooth, cold ice cream. This is the start of something delicious.

Garnish with chocolate shavings
Use a grater to get the best chocolate shavings possible.

Sprinkle some sea salt over the top
A light sprinkle of salt will uplift all of those delicious flavours waiting to be enjoyed.
