How to recycle

We want capsule recycling to be easy. Just follow these three simple steps.
1) Order a recycling bag from Nespresso® boutique stores or by contacting us on 0800 279 3160
2) Fill your recycling bag with used Starbucks® By Nespresso® capsules to the dotted line (approximately 150 capsules per bag)
3) Drop it off at your nearest Nespresso® boutique. There's no need for any labelling. Find your nearest boutique here.
Or alternatively, take it to one of 7,000 CollectPlus locations. You will need a label to return your recycling bag with CollectPlus, which can be printed at home or in any CollectPlus store at no cost. You can download a free label and learn more on how to return your recycling bag via CollectPlus here.
