A sweet and bold classic. Rich espresso meets silky condensed milk and frothy milk for a beautifully layered coffee you can easily make at home.

  • 2 shot espresso
  • 30 ml condensed milk
  • 60 ml milk, frothed

STEP 1of 5

Brew 2 shots of espresso.

We recommend Starbucks® Espresso Roast by NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® for a bold flavour.
STEP 2of 5

60ml milk

Froth 60ml of milk in a jug. Don’t have a frother? Just warm and shake your milk in a jar until it’s nice and foamy.
STEP 3of 5

Pour 30ml of condensed milk into the base of your glass.

For an authentic touch, use a small clear glass to showcase the layers.
STEP 4of 5

Pour gently to preserve the beautiful separation of layers.

Slowly pour the brewed espresso over the condensed milk.
STEP 5of 5

Scoop 2 tablespoons of frothed milk on top to finish.

The final touch – a creamy foam crown to complete the layered effect.
