Brew 1 shot of espresso.

We recommend Starbucks® Espresso Roast by NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® for this recipe.

Froth your warmed milk or dairy alternative.

Just in case you’re new to frothing, we’ve put together a guide (https://athome.starbucks.com/how-to-froth-milk/) to help. This recipe needs quite a bit of froth – there needs to be enough to fill 1 cup (250ml).

Pour the warm, frothy milk into your favourite mug.

Slowly pour the coffee in the middle of your mug.

Gently pour it into the middle of your mug. Look at that – you got that expert-style coffee dot in the middle of your foam. Nice.
