1 shot espresso

For rich, intense flavour, use Starbucks® Dark Espresso by NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto®
STEP 2of 5

60ml milk

Froth 60ml of milk until thick and airy. Aim for a cappuccino-style foam: light and creamy.
STEP 3of 5

Pour the espresso into a small glass.

A short glass lets the dark espresso shine through.
STEP 4of 5

Scoop out a tablespoon of frothy milk.

A spoon helps you lift just the foam — no liquid.
STEP 5of 5

Place the foam gently on top of the espresso.

Your espresso is now “marked” (or macchiato!) with milk.
