INGREDIENTS

Two servings of espresso - 80 ml
10 - 12 ice cubes
180ml semi skimmed milk
30ml sugar-free caramel sauce
Topping
Whipped cream

Prepare your glass - Pour caramel sauce into a shallow glass Dip milk frother into sauce Position milk frother into tall glassand swtich on, allowing sauce to spread across side of the glass
