Brew 1 shot of espresso.
We recommend using our Starbucks Blonde® Espresso Roast Whole Bean Coffee or Starbucks Blonde® Espresso Roast by Nespresso®. Made with one capsule or 10g roast & ground coffee plus 40ml water.

Froth your warmed milk or dairy alternative.
This recipe needs quite a bit of froth – there needs to be enough to fill 1 cup (250ml).

Pour the warm, frothy milk into your favourite mug.
Almost all the way to the top.

Slowly pour the coffee in the middle of your mug.
Gently pour it into the middle of your mug. Look at that – you got that expert-style coffee dot in the middle of your foam. Nice.
